Pistachio-Stuffed Dates with Raw Tehini
This is not really a dessert, but rather a fun treat to end a meal without feeling like you want to keel over. Recipe: "Berti" restaurant.
Ingredients for 10 servings:
10 Medjoul dates, without pits
100 grams (3/4 cup) roasted pistachios, whole or crudely chopped
High quality raw tehini, for serving
Get to work:
+ Stuff pitted dates with roasted pistachios. Drizzle some raw tehini on a plate. Place dates on tehini and serve.
